Oversight of Implementation: Monitor the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, operating systems, as well as related hardware and software. Monitoring Tools and Processes: Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues and performance bottlenecks. Security Measures: Deploy security measures, access controls, and patches to protect IT infrastructure against security threats. Incident Response: Respond to and resolve system-related incidents, minimizing impact on business operations. Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data availability in case of data loss. Documentation: Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure integration and delivery of seamless IT services.
