Job Overview And Responsibility
Key Objectives: - Primary: Build and operate LAN network and wireless solutions for the Manufacturing area. - Secondary: Assist infrastructure teams for local technical support. Key Duties: - Deliver on individual assignments for LAN and wireless networking in the Pandora manufacturing environment, including design related work. - Cooperate directly with other IT staff, Pandora manufacturing team and Pandora IT partners to conduct the assignments. - Hands-on configuration of the LAN and WLAN equipment according to Pandora standards. - Contribute to the network architects to design and deploy new LAN & Wireless solutions in manufacturing. - Provide operational support for network related incidents in manufacturing and in the global network.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in Network or Network Security Management - Previous working experience as a Network Manager - Built and delivered enterprise level campus networks for wireless and wired connectivity - Technical expertise with Cisco network solutions, especially Cisco LAN products, Cisco wireless LAN infrastructure including wireless controllers and Cisco Identity Service Engine - Experience in field engineering, wireless surveys, network cable management and NetDevOps environments - Preferably experience with Palo Alto firewall solutions - Preferably experience from working with network solutions for manufacturing environments supporting production operations management and SCADA deployments - Provide operational support for network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution, be part of on-call rotations - Experience in infrastructure development - Highly proficient in English and able to communicate with all levels - Work independently without supervision to drive activities to conclusion - A strong sense of ownership and a pride in doing the great - Understanding the importance of stakeholder management - Always looking for opportunities to improve and do better
