Job Overview And Responsibility

- Responsible for brand image and the company's professional credibility. - Act as a key support for the Sales team in introducing creative and innovative educational solutions from E NEXT to schools. - Act as an extension of the Expertise team to bring high-quality, academic knowledge to customers. - Accompany the Board of Directors in building long-term strategies for the company and lead the team in executing ideas effectively. - Quickly grasp the psychology of different customer groups (school boards, teachers, parents, students) and design useful communication activities for each group. - Brand Management & Campaign Planning: • Develop and maintain brand identity. • Build and execute marketing-communication strategies/goals. • Build teams and deploy effective marketing activities. • Communicate the value of educational solutions provided by E NEXT with high professionalism. • Coordinate with relevant departments in business/deployment/communication activities at schools. - Brand Strategy & Positioning: • Support the Board of Directors in building E NEXT brand strategy at each stage: market introduction, pilot, market expansion, building long-term credibility. • Develop core message systems and main marketing channels for each group: government agencies, school boards, teachers, parents, students, academic partners, technology partners, press. • Ensure all communication materials are consistent in tone of voice, brand identity, message, and academic/policy accuracy. - Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution: • Build and execute annual marketing strategies and specific quarterly/monthly goals. • Design multi-channel integrated campaigns (IMC) (e.g., social, website, email, PR event, school activation, search, ads, group). • Build performance measurement systems and tracking. • Adjust campaigns promptly based on data and market conditions. • Coordinate with Expertise and Sales departments to build school outreach campaigns (e.g., seminars with Committees/Departments/Schools, workshops, organizing English competitions for students). - Content Strategy & Editorial Direction: • Build content direction based on customer psychological states (based on the customer journey funnel). • Coordinate with the Expertise department to deploy regular inbound marketing content (programs, academics, professional knowledge). • Build methodical content pillars/angles for E NEXT. • Direct and approve content for online and offline channels: website, social, brochure, sales kit, press release, newsletter, email, video script, event script, proposal deck. • Edit important documents with a professional, clear style suitable for the education sector and school/government environments. • Coordinate with the Sales department to build document sets for sales and operational deployment at schools (e.g., sales deck for school boards, product flyers, FAQ for schools/teachers/students, company brochure, capability profile, pilot case study, demo flow, proposal deck, workshop deck, teacher onboarding kit). - PR, External Relations and Stakeholder Communication: • Coordinate with the Board of Directors in preparing external communication materials: introduction letters, capability profiles, press kits, speeches, press releases, partner proposals, seminar presentations. • Plan cooperation with industry KOLs/experts (when needed), ensuring suitability with products and brand positioning. • Maintain relationships with the press, education community, education KOLs/experts, school partners, and management agencies. • Support external relations activities with agencies, schools, and international partners. • Manage communication risks (misinformation, misunderstandings about AI in education, reactions from parents/teachers, unsubstantiated claims). - Event, Workshop & School Activation: • Set goals, concepts, agendas, and communication plans for events with government agencies, schools, or the public: seminars, school festivals, teacher training, presentations to school boards and parents, school demos. • Coordinate with in-house teams and partners to organize high-expertise events. • Manage event checklists and ensure program flow occurs according to plan: invitations, scripts, materials, backdrops, image/video, recap content, post-event follow-up. • Support filming and photography with the in-house team when needed. - Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking: • Build and manage digital channels: Social (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Tiktok/YouTube/Google), Email/Newsletter, Landing pages. • Build and manage content calendars, campaign tracking, and monthly performance reports. • Operate and manage personnel/agencies running advertisements. • Build performance measurement systems, optimize customer funnels, and analyze data. • Report monthly to Founder / Board of Directors. - Team Management & Cross-Department Collaboration: • Support the Board of Directors in recruiting and managing personnel in the Marketing-Communication team and external personnel (freelance/agency). • Allocate work and build systems to track goals/tasks effectively. • Manage workflows and quality assessment standards (metrics, KPI). • Regularly research and update industry knowledge as well as the latest official documents/policies related to E NEXT's field of operation. • Train the team quarterly (or as needed) to consolidate professional knowledge and marketing skills. • Build team culture and check-in periodically with subordinates. • Proactively coordinate and propose improvements to workflows with other departments and the Board of Directors when needed. • Coordinate with the Sales team to research and update the latest market insights.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of experience in marketing. Possess experience in Education industry - Bachelor's degree - Good English speaking - Good time management skills and ability to execute according to plan. - Strategic mindset, good aesthetic sense, and understanding of customer behavior. - Leadership skills, ability to allocate work effectively, and optimize strategies according to budget.
