• Develop and manage the Intra-Asia trade lane, maximizing both volume and profitability. • Lead strategic sales initiatives for import/export activities, grow CIF and FOB volumes, and build long-term partnerships with clients, especially in automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. • Monitor trade performance, prepare growth forecasts, and ensure annual budget targets (volume & revenue) are met or exceeded. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient booking, execution, and after-sales support. • Analyze competitor offerings and pricing trends; deliver reports and insights to guide tactical decisions and pricing alignment.
• 4-5 years of sales experience and similar commercial positions in large forwarders, preferably at international carriers • Solid knowledge of Intra Asia pricing rates • Good network with other shipping lines and large forwarders • Proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L ownership • Excellent English is a must
