Job Purpose Statement: - Drive business growth by managing a portfolio of accounts and securing new customers. - Lead sales efforts to match customer needs with WFS solutions, creating value. - Act as a key contributor in defining sales strategies and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy: - Develop and execute account strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. - Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting for assigned accounts. - Collaborate with leadership on setting and meeting sales targets. - Customer Management: - Retain and develop existing customer accounts with a focus on growth. - Identify new opportunities and negotiate contracts in collaboration with product teams. - Lead customer visits, workshops, and presentations to deepen relationships. - Team Leadership: - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff. - Share market insights and trends with the sales and product teams.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with proven results (2+ YOE is much preferred) - Fluent in English communications - Excellent interpersonal skills, “sales talent” - Ability to negotiate and build lasting client relationships. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
