Job Overview And Responsibility
Generate ideas and design complete, detailed game scenarios for mobile games according to requirements. Collaborate with other Game Designers in the project to ensure the progress and quality of feature and event development for the games. Coordinate with Artists and Developers to ensure features are implemented as designed. Participate in analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing the product based on data charts. Track metrics, analyze, and provide suitable actions at each project stage. Build game stories (if applicable) that align with product objectives and are approved by the Product Manager. Update, research, analyze the market, and provide prototypes to drive creative ideas.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer. Successfully released at least one mid-core/hard-core game. Strong analytical skills and understanding of game economics. Clear understanding of monetization through in-app purchases (IAP). Proactive in suggesting new features, changes, and optimizations to achieve the best user experience and revenue. Passion for RPG games and a desire to develop a career in the gaming industry. Eager to learn, with a mindset for improvement and innovation. Open, proactive in communication, and good at collaborating with teammates.
