Job Overview And Responsibility

- Welcome, assist, and take care of guests. - Handle arising issues, guest feedback, and complaints. - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. - Execute work reports as required.

Required Skills and Experience

- College or University degree. - Good English communication skills a minimum of 1 years of experience in the hospitality/tourism industry is required. - Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong communication, situational handling, and conflict resolution skills.

Dạ, 1 tuần sẽ có 1 ngày off trong tuần, ca làm việc sẽ sắp xếp theo sáng, chiều, đêm (2-3 buổi đêm/tháng) phù hợp với công việc team. Ví dụ 3 sáng , 1 off, 2 chiều hoặc luân phiên
