Responsibilities: • Leadership of the group's digital transformation • Architecture and modernization of insurance and pension core systems • Cybersecurity and member data protection • Implementation of data analytics solutions • Technology infrastructure and cloud computing • System integration across the three business lines • Technological innovation and evaluation of new technologies (AI, automation)
Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of experience in information technology • Minimum 5 years in technology leadership positions in insurance, finance, or financial services • Proven experience in digital transformation and system modernization • Experience in cybersecurity and data protection compliance • Experience in Data Analytics and risk analysis • Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and modern infrastructure solutions
