Job Overview And Responsibility

1. VIP Client & Landlord Relationship Management • Take care of the company’s VIP clients and key landlords, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Act as a point of contact for high-profile landlords, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently. • Work closely with the Property Management & Leasing teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Organize exclusive networking events and engagement programs for VIP clients. • Assist in resolving escalated issues related to property management or leasing agreements. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination • Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring smooth communication and task follow-ups. • Support business planning processes and collaborate with teams to streamline operations. • Organize and manage leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and action tracking. 3. Business Support & Strategy Execution • Assist the CEO in executing business strategies, tracking KPIs, and driving key initiatives. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry reports to support decision-making. • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and follow up on business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 4. External Relations & Business Development • Represent the CEO in external meetings, industry events, and networking activities when required. • Assist in partnerships, contract negotiations, and client relationship management. • Handle correspondence and communications with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators.
