Operations Marketing Live streaming
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and talented BA Livestreamer to represent our brand and key retailers both online and offline. This role involves hosting engaging livestreams, creating content, conducting activations, and training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online media, exceptional communication skills, and experience in livestreaming and event management. Responsibilities: 1. Livestream for Brand and Key Retailers (60% Workload) o Host livestream sessions on brand channels and key retailer platforms. o Engage with viewers, present products, and drive sales during live sessions. o Collaborate with marketing teams to align livestream content with campaigns. 2. Content Creation for Brand and Retailer Channels (25% Workload) o Develop and produce 10 pieces of digital content per month for both brand and retailer channels. o Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives. o Coordinate with the creative team for visual assets and multimedia. 3. Activation and Training (10% Workload) o Paticipate in offline events and product activations (4-5 events per month). o Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise. o Support brand activations to ensure smooth execution and audience engagement. 4. Reports and Administrative Tasks (5% Workload) o Provide detailed reports on livestream performance, audience insights, and sales conversions. o Handle meetings and paperwork related to brand activation (If any) Working Hours: • Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM • Shift 2: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM • Shift 3: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM • Working hours may vary depending on specific activities and events. • 1 Day off/ per week (Every Monday) Key Performance Indicators: • Total Livestream Hours: 80 hours per month • Digital Content Creation: 10 contents per month • Offline Activation and Training: 4-5 events per month
• Proven experience in live streaming or online media (at least 1 years of experience in live streaming) • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Creative mindset with an ability to develop engaging content. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. • Knowledge of social media platforms, live streaming tools, and content management systems.
