Job Overview And Responsibility

- Identify and profile potential prospects, propose, consult, and promote the Company’s Cloud or AI products/services (Chatbot, Voicebot, OCR, eKYC, …). - Build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers, partners, agents, and especially C-level executives at large corporate clients. - Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve assigned sales targets. - Manage assigned leads and end customers to detect potential business opportunities, qualify leads using the BANT methodology, and generate up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. - Proactively follow up, negotiate, and close deals; handle paperwork related to contracts, reconciliation, payment, and debt recovery. - Manage sales pipelines, forecast business performance, and provide accurate reporting. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Presales, BA, PM, Technical, Marketing) to successfully implement projects and prepare bid documents. - Administrate CRM tools, sales portals, and other internal systems. - Update market trends, competitor activities, and regularly communicate with product teams to capture new features and align with marketing on product communication. - Support territory performance with revenue generation activities, using a combination of hunting and farming techniques to assess customers’ current and future technology needs.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Economics, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the technology sector; - Proven ability to build and manage relationships with C-level decision makers. - Enthusiastic, dynamic, passionate about technology (AI/Cloud), and eager to learn. - Strong skills in communication, presentation, and persuasion. - Capable of working under pressure and within teams.

Preferred skills and experiences
