- Participate to developing integrated media and e-marketing plans based on each product’s unique position in the product portfolio, business needs, and target audience(s). Through all the process of Planning - Buying – Implementing – Optimization. - Co-Working with cross-function teams: Marketing & Commercial to bring the brand strategy to the reality and deploy the right execution with mindset of prioritization & result-orientation. - Interface with media-social agencies/ e-marketing partners to ensure proper follow up on shared business KPIs, integrated media flowcharts, E-marketing work-streams and campaign plans, media quality of outcome deliverables. - Support on managing campaigns for brands & business with a proactive, detailed, and analytical approach. Ensure meaningful Media Marketing insights and E-MKT outcome. - Media/ E-MKT research on market movement trends, competition landscape, and consumer preferences. - Partner closely with leading partners & agencies to take advantage of new advance solution, new measurement features and learning opportunities for growth and improvement. - Manage and collaborate with dedicated team with all projects and pace through establishing rapport and deadlines, while concurrently owning day-to-day optimization of campaigns - Co-working maximize E-Marketing KPIs performance such as ROAS, the profitability of online sales. - Participate with internal team to develop key owned assets including web, campaign, SIS, product page, etc… - Support on driving execution plan of Influencer Marketing and Community initiatives
- Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - Experience: at least 04 years of experience in the field of media/marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn - Skills: - Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau. - Firm understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) - Technical background a plus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL) - Strong knowledge in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media - Strong expertise in all forms of bidding media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, and other social platforms) - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Creative thinker and problem solver - Thriving in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
