Account Management Budget Planning Digital Media
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated digital media strategies across search, social, programmatic, and display advertising to achieve business and client objectives. - Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and setup to optimization and performance analysis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact for digital media initiatives, providing strategic guidance and ensuring seamless execution. - Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, leveraging data analytics and insights to drive optimization and maximize ROI. - Budget & Revenue Management: Manage digital media budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and providing accurate revenue forecasting aligned with business goals. - Process & Efficiency Improvement: Develop process documentation, campaign reporting frameworks, and billing structures to enhance operational efficiency. - Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation in digital media execution and strategy.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media planning and execution, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an agency environment. - Expertise in digital media platforms, including SEM, social, programmatic, and display advertising. - Strong data analytics skills with experience in performance measurement tools. - Proficiency in budget planning, forecasting, and media investment optimization. - Excellent client management, communication, and presentation abilities. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and media tracking platforms. - Proven track record in digital campaign planning, execution, and optimization. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively. - Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
