As a Regional APAC Head Talent Acquisition, Zico will be responsible for finding, recruiting, and hiring talented candidates across the region. As such, Zico will need to work closely with business leaders to guide and assist them on budget and cost-effective timely manner in the recruitment function. In addition, Zico will be the source of ideas for designing a strong candidate experience, recruitment process all the way to on boarding. Australian born, Zico spent 8 years in banking working at NAB & ING Direct, during his 8 year career in banking he covered multiple roles from Customer Success, Mortgage Lead, Credit Analyst & Home Finance Manager. In 2016 he needed a fresh start and something new to kick start his career in a different industry.
