I aspire the possibility to support an HR Department by providing assistance in several HR functions such as recruitment across multiple disciplines, new hire paperwork/orientation, training and employee relations. • I have Five years of professional work experience in Technical Recruiter in IT Industry. • Responsible for conducting HR interviews with candidates • Good understanding in various parameters of recruitments in evaluation, screening, negotiating, scheduling interviews and closing the contract. • Coordinate with consultants & clients. • Good understanding in various US tax terms like Full time, Corp-Corp, Corp-Hire, 1099 and W2. • Good Understanding on various IT technologies/platforms. • Interest in making an impact in and contribution to our growing staffing organization. • Experience in recruiting and organizational management will be utilized reduce cost per hire and meet high volume staffing objectives.
