Pleasure (Chasing the next high, whatever it may come from), or 2. Passion (Whatever we love to do and that which gets us in a state of FLOW, doing which we lose the sense of time and fatigue), or 3. Purpose (An intention that doesn’t only serve our aim or “Me”, but also our “We” and our “Community”) Momentary happiness comes from pursuing PLEASURE (say e.g. a SPA or a get together of friends), and life becomes much more content if we pursue our PASSION (say “writing” or “reading”). Needless to say, however, is that life’s biggest joy comes from being able to discover and live our PURPOSE. And believe me it’s no Rocket Science. ? Live every moment aligned with your Purpose, then Passion and only then indulge in your Pleasures. The mistake that many of us make in pursuit of happiness, is to seek Pleasure after Pleasure, hardly our Passion and only rarely, our Purpose (Remember Me-We-Community?). For me, I identified two things that I struggle to stand: 1. Talent being wasted 2. Skilful individuals failing to make a living due to a lack of employability or entrepreneurship Therefore, with a vision to assist at least 25000 women (on career break) return to workforce and at least 50000 individuals be employable or better entrepreneurs by the year 2030, I established VTAP Opportunities Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in 2020. In simple terms, An OD and Recruitment Consultancy. Before VTAP, for 12 years I lived my passion through my profession in the domain of Learning and Development. And, I continue to do that as a Part Time ICF ACTP Coach. Personally I’m not a whatsapp or calling person, but my poison is “meaningful conversations over a cup of black coffee”. For that I’m always ready, especially if it’s on you. Yeah, I AM A TAD BIT SHAMELESS TOO!
