Hello ! My name is Mohammed Yaseen Shaikh, I'm a BCom graduate and have just now finished my Masters in Business Administration (MBA). While I was pursuing MBA, I was also employed in a company which used to outsource for UK. I worked from January 2020 to October 2020 as a Recruitment Consultant in National Hospitality Sector in UK. My roles and responsibilities were : 1. Research about the working environment and also workforce of the hospitals in UK and the type of work provided. 2. Screening of the hospitals where we can provide freelance work to nurses and HealthCare Workers. 3. Recruitment of Nurses and HealthCare Workers (HCA) through calls and emails. 4. Recieving Documents of the interested candidates and getting them complaint with the Agency as well as the hospitals. 5. Maintaining a database about the recruited candidates. 6. Placing the nurses and the HCA in the screened hospitals and providing them with work. 7. Looking out for working shifts for the recruited candidates. 8.Collecting their timesheets of the works so as to use them as proof while payment at the end of each week and maintaining a database of the timesheets. 9. Releasing the payrolls as per the timesheets to the umbrella company for the payments. 10. Solving the disputes of the candidates. 11. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the hospital staffs as well as tge candidates. I'm looking for a much stable and dynamic working environment where I can use my skills and knowledge so that I can excel in the desired working field and grow myself as well as work for the growth of the organisation.
