My role has been that of a people handling in the Human Resources function(TA). It has given me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entire gamut. Working across various sectors and companies have given me an in-depth understanding of the needs of Talent Management, I specialize in recruiting mid to senior level across Management Consulting firms.
