As a 360 degree headhunter, I offer a full circle service from acquiring clients until closing the deal by placing successful candidates, in 05 main specialized areas, as follows: 1) Renewable energy, including wind, solar, biomass etc 2) EPC and Engineering 3) Environment such as water, wastewater, solid waste treatment & management. 4) Industrial Real Estate and Logistics 5) Heavy transportation and lifting, crane work, etc Below is the highlight of my industry experience: • 17 years’ experience in engineering consultancy and construction business, having both project management and complex project sales experience in Vietnam (B2B & B2G), mostly in water supply, drainage, municipal wastewater treatment, solid waste treatment & management. • Working for foreign companies in international infrastructure development projects, funded by JICA, the World Bank (WB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Ausaid, AFD, DANIDA and so forth; • Serving governmental agency clients, both central and local governments, such as Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, EVN, etc and many Provincial People Committees(local governments). • Starting to move into renewable energy 03 years ago, with a commitment to contribute to Vietnam’s energy transition process.
