The most favorite question from one of my peers asking candidates whenever he has an in-person interview with them is "What was your dream when you were a kid?". I have been always questioning myself that one and think back to the time I was a little girl. There was a time I wanted to be a teacher There was another time I wanted to be a flight attendance There was also another time I wanted to be an interpreter that also was one of the reasons I attended Ha Noi University. I was not lucky enough to find a career path as an HR when I graduated. I used to be a Customer Service Representative then an Executive Assistant and Senior Office Management Staff before enrolling as an HR Recruiter. But I am lucky enough to know that after experiencing many different roles, I finally landed myself at Human Resources that I could devote my ability and knowledge to work as a People Person. My daily role and responsibilities not only give me chances to find new talents, talk to new people, engage with new perspectives of life but also give me chances to execute new ideas, insert new thoughts as well as leverage the capability of people around me and help me to be a better version of myself. None of us is perfect in life, always changing, always making new mistakes that beg for new forgiveness. Always choosing growth. That's the reason why we keep learning, revising, correcting, and improving ourselves. And eventually, find love in whatever we do and whoever we encounter with.
