I started my career as a recruitment coordinator at FPT, one of the largest IT groups in Vietnam. From that experience, I developed my career in Myanmar for almost 2 years. I then returned to Vietnam and challenged myself briefly in a British technology company before joining Cisco until May 2019. I’m a senior strategic talent advisor with 7 years of working experience. In addition to recruiting skills, I also have a good ability in market mapping and analysis, especially in the sourcing skills. Along with that, I also have the ability to develop company regulations and policies and handle issues related to labor law and other related matters as HR generalist in Softline Internation currently I am an active person, able to work under high pressure and have quick adaptation to many different working environments.
