I have over four years of healthcare recruitment experience ranging from agency to internal and direct placement. Working in various industries has given me a very rounded understanding of both client and candidate needs within Recruiting and Staffing. My role has taught me how to build strong relationships, manage multiple clients, recruit for different skill levels and have the ability to react quickly to change that may arise with a positive attitude. Human interaction and communication is a type of music. There is a rhythm and melody to it. So, always keep interacting and keep up the pace to achieve your goals.
