Well I have been serving this Industry for nearly 5 years now. Initially started as freshman within the recruitment industry and was appointed as a Recruitment consultant where the main role was to recruit and employ the staff for number of different clients as per their need and the requirements. The role was very rewarding + there was immense of knowledge that I could gather and will all the hard work and dedication I was then being promoted to a senior profile in less than a year. I successfully managed to justify the profile awarded and hence developing the skills such Strategic Recruitment/Leadership/Management etc. Hence allowing me to work as an Acting Team leader. “When you work hard sticking to the basics with all the dedication, success is bound to be achieved” and as a result I was then being promoted as a Team Manager and the goal was to build a Robust and Reliable team and also working towards the individual growth for the colleagues within the team. Having being people centered it was always an enjoyable duration to mentor/train/promote the colleagues and the other fellow staff towards the betterment of the institution moreover helping the industry to have more staff with the right skill-sets. This role helped me to train myself to deal with the different personalities with different skill-sets and to bring the best from them to meet the needs. Having served as a team manager for almost a year now I am ready for the new challenge as an Operations Manager where I am bound to work for the betterment and the growth of the institution and also the employees simultaneously. I am still quiet young and I know there is a lot to be learnt everyday but it is only the passion and the dedication that keeps me going for the challenges ahead which is only going to make me more versatile and responsible.
