I know SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing and how algorithms work behind. I have certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing offered by Google. ? I know basic IT skills such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript and Angular framework. ? I know and have experience working in different ATS and CRM software called HubSpot, Salesforce, JobAdder and Eclipse in the Recruitment Industry. ? I have a knowledge of Project Management. How to initiate a project including taking care of stakeholders and budget to planning and executing with using necessary tools and project management software. ? I have sound soft skills. I am volunteering in Adarsh Amdavad (NGO) as a soft skills trainer for a time period of one year. ? Working with people, taking work from them with necessary pressure and still being a good face for them by helping them in what they need is a skill that I have mastered over the time. ? I have a good understanding of the human mind, which is the major need for any leader. Every person has their own mindset, and you cannot deal with all of them with the same strategy. And this makes one a good leader. ? There are some skills that cannot be learnt from outside or by training. You must give yourself to the uncomfortable situation to serve your purpose.
