Job Overview And Responsibility

1. To update sailing schedule. 2. To send schedule to customers upon request. 3. To get booking request from customers. 4. To check and clarify with customers/principals/other departments if booking request can be confirmed, including: rate, equipment, space, special cargo (DG/OOG/RF) approval, special request. 5. To advise customers if any further info/Docs/application needed in order to accept booking. 6. To create booking in principal's system. 7. To get carrier booking/space (for local and transshipment cargoes). 8. To release booking confirmation. 9. To handle booking amendment request from customers. 10. To send Booking forecast to OPS/ feeder. 11. To update principal/oversea agent when booking has been confirmed or changed if requested. 12. To solve problems with bookings. 13. To send loading confirmation. 14. To send delay notice. 15. Perform other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the senior managers.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related discipline. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding companies or logistics customer service. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).
