Job Overview And Responsibility

- Manage production deployments and release activities for D365FO environments - Monitor SIT/UAT/Production environments to ensure system stability and performance - Administer security roles and user access in compliance with governance policies - Perform database refresh activities between environments - Manage and monitor batch jobs, including scheduling and troubleshooting - Manage Lifecycle Services (LCS) activities, including environment provisioning and asset library management - Support integrations involving Azure services, Logic Apps, and SFTP connections - Apply platform updates and perform ongoing environment maintenance - Troubleshoot technical/operational issues and coordinate with functional teams for resolution - Prepare technical documentation related to environment configuration and operational procedures
