- Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in Vietnam. - Sales Strategy : Drive revenue growth by understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting tailored fragrance solutions. - Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration,Economics,International Relations,Chemical Engineering or related major; - Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance business. - Outstanding presentation,selling and negotiating skills - Good communication and coordination skills; - English fluent
