Job Overview And Responsibility

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships with enterprise merchants in Vietnam. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving business growth. What you will be working on: Key focus on merchants acquisition in electronics (mobile phone/laptop), home appliances, 2-wheel (motor/bike),... - Develop business development strategy to acquire new enterprise merchants, increase market penetration, and drive revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs, pain points, and opportunities for collaboration. - Negotiate partnership agreements with enterprise merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. - Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, operations and engineering team, to ensure successful onboarding and integration onto the Fundiin platform.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - From 4 years in business development or sales in the consumer finance or payment technology industry - Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions effectively.
