Job Overview And Responsibility

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in logistics and SCM consulting - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners - Understand customer needs and offer customized logistics and SCM solutions - Negotiate contracts and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing - Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for smooth project delivery - Representing the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management - Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, SCM consulting, or freight forwarding - Strong business network within the import / export industry in Vietnam - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Fluent in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English (spoken and written) - Ambitious, independent, and capable of driving growth
