We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong grasp of the PERN tech stack to join our team as a Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to not only contribute to cutting-edge web development solutions but also mentor and guide fellow interns. The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer with experience in full-stack development and a passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment. - Develop, maintain, and lead the development of web applications using the PERN (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. - Collaborate effectively with fellow interns, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Break down complex tasks into manageable steps, delegate effectively, and ensure team progress. - Conduct code reviews for interns, offering constructive feedback and promoting best practices. - Design, implement, and deploy functional solutions alongside the intern team. Advocate for and champion continuous learning within the intern team. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and smooth performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skill set.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development. - Proficiency in the PERN tech stack (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience using the Next.js framework (or similar framework). - Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate interns. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. - English Communication. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with others.
