The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer with experience in full-stack development and a passion for fostering a collaborative learning environment. - Develop, maintain, and lead the development of web applications using the PERN (PostgresDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. - Collaborate effectively with fellow interns, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Break down complex tasks into manageable steps, delegate effectively, and ensure team progress. - Conduct code reviews for interns, offering constructive feedback and promoting best practices. - Design, implement, and deploy functional solutions alongside the intern team. Advocate for and champion continuous learning within the intern team. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and smooth performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skill set.
