To drive growth and expand the adoption of AI Agent solutions in targeted sectors: Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Financial Services (FSI). This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and solution mapping for enterprises looking to leverage AI for automation, knowledge management, and customer service. Business Development: Identify and build relationships with potential enterprise clients in target industries. Understand client pain points and design appropriate AI Agent solutions to automate business processes or augment staff performance. Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals. Pre-sales & Client Success: Deliver solution presentations and live product demos. Draft proposals, lead negotiations, and support deployment activities. Collect feedback and ensure a positive customer experience post-implementation. Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system. Track key performance indicators: revenue targets, sales cycle time, client engagement, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related fields. - 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions. - Strong understanding or working experience in FMCG, F&B, Manufacturing, or Financial Services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Business-oriented with a solution-selling mindset. - Intermediate to fluent English for professional communication and technical documentation.
