Job Overview And Responsibility
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to enhance model performance. - Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies, and apply them to development projects. - Optimize models for scalability, performance, and efficiency using cloud platforms and distributed computing. - Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve development practices and solution quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI-driven applications to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with a portfolio of successful projects. - Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. - Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in NLP, chatbots, and recommendation systems. - Solid understanding of mathematics relevant to AI: linear algebra, calculus, statistics. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Good in English
