- Identify and acquire new clients. - Analyze customer needs and work closely with relevant departments to enhance service quality, improve customer experience, and drive satisfaction. - Maintain and grow strong customer relationships; increase usage and order volume to meet sales targets. - Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sustain an active sales pipeline. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide timely insights and propose counter-strategies. - Research, propose, implement, and evaluate new business strategies in phases for sustainable growth. - Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Graduated from Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or Business Administration. - At least 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics business development. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven with a can-do spirit. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability; able to work independently under pressure. - Experience in managing or guiding a sales team is preferred.
