Job Overview And Responsibility

ofi (olam food ingredients), a new operating group from Olam Group, offers sustainable, natural, value-added food products and ingredients. The company includes leading businesses in cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices, with a global value chain spanning farming operations, farm-gate origination, and manufacturing facilities. ofi began operations in Vietnam in 1997 and has since established a significant presence with its head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices across various provinces. Today, ofi Vietnam is the largest exporter of cashews, pepper, and instant coffee, operating seven large factories and engaging with a vast network of farmers. It is also among the top exporters of green coffee in Vietnam. JOB IN SUMMARY The B2B International Sales Manager will focus on industrial B2B Sales for food ingredients in the Local & Export Market. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales quotas, and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets for the spices market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in the spices industry. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjust pricing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions. - Collaborate with other departments to expand the spice product portfolio, identify customer needs, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products. - Perform tasks assigned by senior management.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in relevant fields, with experience in international/ B2B sales - Must have strong sales background in B2B ingredients/ food ingredients. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
