The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for leading showroom sales, managing the sales and customer service teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role combines operational management, business development, and team leadership to achieve revenue targets and drive showroom growth. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through inbound and outbound lead generation. - Provide interior design consulting and product recommendations to customers. - Monitor customer preferences and adapt product offerings accordingly. - Ensure exceptional customer service across all interactions. Operations & Showroom Management - Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance. - Ensure stock availability, proper merchandising, and showroom cleanliness. - Manage pricing strategies, product placements, and promotions. - Track sales performance and customer feedback to improve business outcomes. Team Leadership & Training - Hire, train, and motivate the sales and customer service team. - Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews. - Develop training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Marketing & Business Development - Collaborate with marketing to plan in-store promotions, campaigns, and events. - Build partnerships with designers, contractors, and real estate agents to drive showroom traffic. Reporting & Analysis - Monitor sales metrics, foot traffic, and conversion rates. - Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and market trends. - Analyze customer insights to refine product selection, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Minimum 3 years in retail management, preferably in home furniture, interior showroom, or luxury retail. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent sales and customer service abilities. - Knowledge of home furniture, interior design trends, and space planning. - Proficient in store operations, inventory management, and merchandising. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred. - Fluent in English.
