1. Accounting Operations & Finance Controllership (60%) - Lead Accounts Payable processes to ensure approved costs are paid on time and no disputes from vendors. - Ensure AR Collection process being managed effectively in meeting company’s <5% overdue target. - Monthly Intercompany reconciliation and settlement process. - Manage customer’s Credit Application process. - Monthly financial closing management. - Monthly Bank Recon and Balance Sheet review preparation. - Treasury and Cash planning management. - Statutory submissions to local authority including Audit and Corporate Income Tax. - Ownership of relevant Finance Operations KPI 2. Financial Planning & Analysis, and Business Partner to station management (30%) - Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting on job accuracy, profit share computations, low-margin and revenue leakage analysis. - Weekly forecast and analysis process. - Analysis and commentaries for Actual P&L and customers/routes result vs Business Plan. - Yearly Business Plan target (BP / Budget) preparation. - Key business partner to station stakeholders highlighting area where we do well and area with potential risks/exposures. 3. Station Admin matter (10%) - Supporting local registration and payment for any licenses / permits. - Station’s supplies purchasing matter. - Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance, or equivalent - Knowledge/ Work Experience: - 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting function - Proficient in MS Office program - English fluency is a must - Experience in CargoWise, Prolink, Peoplesoft is a great plus - Experience in the logistics industry is a great plus
