Job Overview And Responsibility
You have a strong passion with CGI technology and have sound knowledge of architecture and Scandinavian/modern interior design? You are a highly skilled 3D visualizer with substantial experience in working with high quality solutions for the real estate sector, and at the same time keen on taking a leading role in a fast-growing company? Are you up for an international experience? Then, you might be the person we are looking for THE JOB As Senior 3D Artist, you will have implementing and guiding role towards our CGI team to ensure that we will provide 3D graphics products that full-fill all clients' requirements in term of both technique and aesthetics, and tha t we continue to optimize our workflows/processes. You will furthermore act as a bridge between our QA team and CGI team, in particular in terms of project management and implementation. Architectural Visualization: - Create high quality, photorealistic rendered interior, exterior design images follow specific styles (Scandinavian, US, UA) and support other team members during entire process - Hard surface modeling, lighting and material setup in 3DS Max + Corona - Post-processing in picture editing software to enhance the final output (Photoshop CC) - Ensure all phases of design with technically accurate and emotionally evocative photorealistic interior and exterior renderings from 2D/3D CAD/BIM data Project Managemement assistance: - Be the brigde between QA/Project Manager and CGI team breakdown projects and assign smaller tasks to other team members - Create, maintain and improve an organized workflow throughout production of projects - Manage and control the projects’ progress and report on time to Project Manager/QA Quality & Techincal Advices: - Provide technical coaching for Architectural Visualization and 3D products for team. - Propose and execute actions to improve project's performance to ensure the team deliver good quality output throughout the whole process of each individual project to satisfied client's needs Testing and incorporation of new clients and products Innovation - Take an active role to optimize and innovate our workflows, processes, communication, production tool and material portfolio
Required Skills and Experience
Most important technical proficiency - Bachelor Degree, preferably in relevant field - Minimum 5 years of experience with 3D visualization for the real estate/development sector - Have an exceptional eye for detail and quality of architecture Design - Expert in Design software: 3DS Max, Vray, Corona, Auto Cad, Other BIM - Be able to multi-task and handle projects that run in parallel - Strong project management skills – also in an international context - Have good business understanding - Service-minded and quality and client oriented - Excellent communication skills including fluency in English & Vietnamese - Be dedicated, honest, hard-working and flexible when it comes to working hours - Have a structured personality but still with the ability to bring new ideas - Be a team player and keen on working in an inter-cultural environment - Be a humble and down-to-earth person, who are also pro-active and self-going - Be able to thrive in an environment where things go very fast
