Job Overview And Responsibility
Job Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring ROAS and spend growth for channels like Google, Facebook, Applovin and Unity. What you would be doing: - Analyze data through market various ad campaign metrics: ROAS, CTR, CTI, IPM, ARPU - Constantly test and optimize creatives to drive more installs - Manage and run multiple user acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Applovin, Unity Ads, AppFlyer) - Define and execute UA strategy for new games to enter and win the target markets - Create and execute strategic marketing initiatives across different performance channels and social touch points to drive app installs - Collaborate with internal team and external partners to deliver marketing campaigns
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for mobile applications, especially in gaming is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with outstanding communication - Knowing of Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks - Experience in tool attribution such as Appslfyer, Adjust or Singular - Experience managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets - Have prior experience in performance marketing - Work with video editors and have creative flair to optimize advertising
