Job Overview And Responsibility

- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including user manuals, references, release notes, and internal guides, focus on the industrial automation system including Allan Bradley PLC, Twincat Soft PLC, Intouch Scada and Ignition Scada technologies. - Collaborate with software engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical information and translate it into clear documentation. - Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of complex systems and processes. - Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy. - Ensure documentation complies with company standards, branding, and regulatory requirements. - Manage documentation repositories and version control using industry-standard tools. - Continuously improve documentation processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.

Required Skills and Experience

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail. - Be able to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
