Job Overview And Responsibility

Client Management - Manage and handle key client briefs, projects, and requests. - Supervise the excellence of projects, manage client feedback, and lead account executives - Monitor work progress and contact clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, contract, production, campaign management). - Prepare comprehensive budgets and timing plans. - Be highly organized and accountable for deadlines, status reports, and internal reviews. Project Development and Execution - Stay up-to-date on all agency systems/procedures and collaborate with creative teams, accounts, FA, and planning divisions. - Undertake development for each concept as briefed, including sourcing/contacting third parties, obtaining quotations, and briefing internal and external facilities. - Coordinate and verbally brief internal and external resources as required. Strategy and Planning - Play a major role in research, planning, and development of comprehensive social communications campaigns. - Demonstrate tactical proficiency in creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of influencer events, growth of contact network, and effective pitching. - Assist line manager in preparing relevant materials, including market information, trends, competitive information, and client product information. Financial Control - Control billings and third-party costs. - Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
