Job Overview And Responsibility
- Hạch toán các bút toán, hồ sơ, chứng từ và các nghiệp vụ phát sinh. - Lập báo cáo kê khai thuế GTGT, thuế TNCN, thuế TNDN, thuế NTT và báo cáo sử dụng hóa đơn theo định kỳ. - Theo dõi, thực hiện đối soát và chốt công nợ định kỳ với đối tác, khách hàng trong và ngoài nước. Đôn đốc và phối hợp với các phòng ban để thu hồi công nợ. Kiểm tra, đối chiếu để đảm bảo tính chính xác của các số liệu và xử lý các trường hợp phát sinh chênh lệch (nếu có). Kiểm duyệt và thực hiện thanh toán công nợ cho khách hàng, đối tác. - Lập các báo cáo nội bộ: Lập kế hoạch dòng tiền, theo dõi biến động, doanh thu, dòng tiền,... - Các công việc chuyên môn khác theo sự sắp xếp của Giám đốc.
Required Skills and Experience
- Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm đối với vị trí Nhân viên kế toán nội bộ - Tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính, v.vv.. - Nắm vững kiến thức chuyên môn về nghiệp vụ kế toán, bao gồm các chuẩn mực kế toán, hạch toán nghiệp vụ, quy trình kiểm soát nội bộ và quản lý rủi ro tài chính, v.vv.. - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (đặc biệt là Excel)
