Job Overview And Responsibility

- Launch and scale Prep’s B2B presence in Korea, owning sales growth, partnerships, and key business metrics. - Represent Prep in-market, building strong relationships with schools, companies, government agencies, and media outlets. - Lead recruitment and management of a local team across Sales, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing. - Collaborate with global teams to localize products and ensure smooth operations. - Drive user insights and advocate for product improvements tailored to Korean users. Activities May Include: - Conducting market and competitor research. - Identifying and engaging new B2B clients. - Presenting and demoing Prep’s products. - Negotiating pricing and contracts. - Managing client accounts and delivering post-sale support. - Representing Prep at events and in media to build local brand presence. Who you are: - A Korean native or long-time resident, deeply familiar with Korean culture and business norms. - A strategic leader with 5–10 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development—ideally in EdTech or startups. - Skilled in building and maintaining high-level client relationships across education, corporate, and public sectors. You are customer obsessed and love being our customers’ advocate. - Comfortable managing budgets, operations, and assembling a high-performing local team.

Required Skills and Experience

- 5–10 years’ experience in B2B sales or partnerships, with a strong performance track record. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience with EdTech or digital learning platforms B2B Sales - Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams. Strong passion for language learning and technology.
