Negotiation Market Research Collaborating
- Ensure the success of key brands on Shopee platform including driving Revenue and smooth operation. - Educate brands on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaign and market insights. - Implement campaigns for brands, analyse and report their performance. - Develop and execute strategies to drive brand performance, ensuring alignment with GMV and operational targets. - Track and review brand performance metrics frequently, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including inventory planning, commercial, and marketing, to align on strategies. - Coordinate on-site and off-site strategies to maximize brand visibility and conversion. - Address questions and resolve issues raised by brands or internal teams promptly, ensuring win-win solutions. - Work with brands to plan long-term growth strategies, including category expansion and new product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 2 years of proven experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development at recognizable brands or retailers. - Familiarity with e-commerce operations and platforms is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders. - Highly proficient in English communication, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying and addressing challenges.
