AI Team Lead

Required Skills and Experience

● Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. ● Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of AI-powered applications. ● Leadership: Prior experience leading a team or mentoring junior engineers is a plus. ● Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV. ○ Experience with image/video processing and generative AI (e.g., GANs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.). ○ Experience working with generative AI models related to image, audio, video, music. ○ Experience in training and finetuning generative models. ○ Understanding of deep learning model optimization for mobile or cloud deployment. ○ Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices. ● Soft Skills: ○ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. ○ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. ○ Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
