Customer Care Client Relations Support
To accompany and support Vietnamese clients traveling to Malaysia for medical or aesthetic services, ensuring a smooth, professional, and comfortable experience throughout the entire journey. - Pre-travel Client Support • Contact and provide necessary information to clients before their trip to Malaysia. • Guide clients in preparing required documents and travel arrangements. • Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule clinic appointments and services. - Client Escort & Transportation Support • Accompany clients traveling from Vietnam to Malaysia. • Assist clients with procedures at airports, hotels, and during transportation. • Arrange transportation between airport – hotel – clinic. - Support During Service Process • Guide clients during consultation and treatment at the clinic. • Provide basic interpretation support when necessary. • Ensure clients follow the scheduled treatment and service plan. - Post-service Customer Care • Monitor client status and collect feedback after treatment. • Assist clients with return arrangements to Vietnam. • Coordinate with the customer service team for follow-up support after the service.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (communication and problem-solving). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to handle unexpected situations during client trips. - Willing to travel domestically and internationally according to client schedules.
- Base Salary: 18 – 30 million VND / month - Bonus: o Personal commission o Clinic revenue bonus - Probation salary: 85% of base salary - Accommodation support when working in Malaysia - Full benefits according to company policy and labor regulations.
