• Provides operational and strategic leadership to drive service excellence and a high-performing collaborative culture. • General HR program/policy development, administration. • Oversees benefits strategy. • Staffing and Recruiting. • Talent & Organization performance. • Training & Development. • Solving problems arising in labor relations. • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures. • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s performance appraisal and rewards policy. • Establishes & Implements strategies that have short to mid-term (1–3 years) impact to business in alignment with the organization's objectives. • Develop a plan for optimizing the organization, function and talent required to execute strategies in the job area. • Maintains compliance with labor laws and related regulations, and reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
• Graduated from University in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related majors. • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. • Knowledge of General HR in various functions including but not limited to talent management, compensation & benefits, employment regulations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. • Proven experience working with senior leaders in the organization. • Proficient in written and spoken English.
