Accounting Finance Analytical
1. Financial Management: - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. - Manage financial data in accounting software (MISA). - Ensure timely and accurate recording of all transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses. - Monitor and manage company loans, discounts, and banking transactions. - Prepare and review tax reports, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and invoice reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 2. Compliance and Auditing: - Coordinate with tax authorities and custom departments for compliance-related activities. - Prepare and submit financial data and reports for external audits and post-clearance audits. - Ensure compliance with all statutory financial regulations, including environmental permits and business registrations. - Provide data and documentation for audits, including working closely with auditors to complete financial audits. 3. Supplier and Customer Relations: - Arrange payments to suppliers and ensure timely receipt of payments from customers. - Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers and handle any discrepancies related to invoicing and payments. 4. Reporting: - Generate internal reports on sales, purchases, stock, and production activity for management review. - Prepare quarterly and annual reports for submission to the Department of Statistics and other relevant government agencies. - Ensure that internal and external reporting deadlines are met. 5. Banking and Loans: - Manage relationships with multiple banks, including handling loan applications, export discounting, and payment transactions. - Ensure all banking documents are prepared and processed in a timely manner. 6. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with various departments, including operations, procurement, and legal teams, to ensure smooth financial processes. - Lead and mentor junior accountants and support staff within the department. 7. System and Process Improvements: - Ensure all processes are optimized for efficiency and compliance. - Promote the use of accounting systems (MISA and SAP) to streamline reporting and payment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus). - Must be able to communicate in English - Should have Chief Accountant Certificate as per Vietnam Law - A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with experience in chief or supervisory roles. - Proficiency in accounting software (experience with MISA). - Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and audit procedures. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
