- Must possess a great social and can-do attitude and be able to speak and understand English fluently. Resource Management & Administration: - Facilitate the onboarding of new resources for our customers, ensuring all necessary steps and documentation are completed efficiently. - Manage the offboarding of resources from our customers, handling all administrative closures. - Follow up diligently on various administrative customer items, ensuring timely completion and compliance. Documentation & Compliance: - Oversee the collection and processing of critical documents, including NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), Statements of Work (SOWs), and various customer and compliance forms. - Ensure all processes adhere to compliance requirements for both internal operations and customer engagements. Reporting & Analytics: - Develop and manage comprehensive Atlassian Jira Reporting, generating and distributing these reports to both customers and internal resources. - Build and develop various reports for our customers, including compliance reporting and business reporting, providing valuable insights. - Independently develop other necessary reports as required to support operational needs. - Manage Slower Customer Advertisement and Promotional Activities Communication & Coordination: - Serve as a key communication liaison for our internal resources regarding timecards, compliance items, holidays, mandatory training, and HR-related items. - Communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting directly to customers. - Prepare and send invoice reports weekly to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least 5+ years as a PM or in an administrative, operations, or client-facing support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional Organization: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences (customers and internal teams). - Reporting Tools: Strong proficiency in developing reports, with practical experience using Atlassian Jira for reporting specifically. - Problem-Solving & Judgment: Possesses strong common sense, the ability to think critically and on demand, and to escalate immediately when unsure of what to do. Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. - Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and utilizing various internal systems and customer portals.
