- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement for IT professionals worldwide, mainly in Vietnam & Thailand. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and build job descriptions. - Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent. - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit. - Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future openings and foster relationships with potential hires.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields. - In-depth understanding of the recruitment process and best practices. - Strong knowledge of IT roles, particularly Front-End, Back-End, QA, BA, PM, and prefer gaming/art positions. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience with various sourcing tools and platforms. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
